There are so many methods to unistall...
1.go to themes on give left click to delete theme
2. Go to c:\windows\resources\themes and delete the themes you want removed from that folder. If you don't find the theme you were looking to delete in it try going to c:\users\(your user name)\appdata\local\microsoft\windows\themes and check there as personalized themes are stored there.
note:-please uncheck hidden otions
