prerequisites of exchange 2013 or step by step of exchange server 2013 installation in windows server 2012 or Exchange server setup

1.Your system should be up to dates with updates.
2. The forest functional level set at least to Windows Server 2003
3. Your login id must have following group membership
 Domain Admins & Schema Admins & Enterprise Admins
4.In the DC Install the below script (the script will install required services automatically)
Run Windows PowerShell as Administrator and Paste the following

Install-WindowsFeature AS-HTTP-Activation, Desktop-Experience, NET-Framework-45-Features, RPC-over-HTTP-proxy, RSAT-Clustering, RSAT-Clustering-CmdInterface, RSAT-Clustering-Mgmt, RSAT-Clustering-PowerShell, Web-Mgmt-Console, WAS-Process-Model, Web-Asp-Net45, Web-Basic-Auth, Web-Client-Auth, Web-Digest-Auth, Web-Dir-Browsing, Web-Dyn-Compression, Web-Http-Errors, Web-Http-Logging, Web-Http-Redirect, Web-Http-Tracing, Web-ISAPI-Ext, Web-ISAPI-Filter, Web-Lgcy-Mgmt-Console, Web-Metabase, Web-Mgmt-Console, Web-Mgmt-Service, Web-Net-Ext45, Web-Request-Monitor, Web-Server, Web-Stat-Compression, Web-Static-Content, Web-Windows-Auth, Web-WMI, Windows-Identity-Foundation, RSAT-ADDS

5. Download and Install Microsoft Unified Communications Managed API 4.0, Core Runtime 64-bit & Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Packs 64 bit & Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Packs SP1 64 bit

6.Launch exchange server 2013 setup and follow the instructions.

Note: you  can do this steps in DC or in member servers where u want to do 

Note:Exchange server should be installed on member server only.(Recomended)

Install EXchange Server where you IIS has installed.(Recommended)

If you want to setup exchange lab in vmware workstation.just make dc and install script and additional components  and install exchange server 2013.At the time installation the setup will tell you the recommendations if any there.

Note:Install Exchange 2013 where you install IIS. That system is called as exchange server.

you must have log in as Domain account.
